Hotel room rates for NAEYC's Institute for Early Childhood Professional Development include a small fee that is provided to the Association to subsidize the costs of Conference meeting space and other related costs.

Before making your reservation, have the following information available:
- Arrival and departure dates
- Type of room desired (single, double, triple, quad)
- Number of occupants
- Arrival time at hotel
- Credit card type, cardholder’s name as it appears on the card, card number, and expiration date
- Names of all occupants in the room
- Your mailing address
- Your telephone number
Reservation Policies
A one-night deposit for each room is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date. It is standard practice for hotels to charge an EARLY DEPARTURE FEE if a guest leaves before the end of their reservation. For 2009, NAEYC has contracted with four of Charlotte’s finest properties. We want you to feel safe and secure and to enjoy the hospitality of high-quality accommodations. You deserve it!
