Welcome to NAEYC’s 2009 Annual Conference and Expo. We are pleased and honored to have you as part of our program. Registration and Housing will open on July 1st. Please check back for instructions and additional information at that time. Below is information that will help make your session and your experience in Washington, D.C. as productive and rewarding as possible.
RegistrationAll Presenters need to register for the Conference and make their own travel and housing arrangements. Presenters receive a discounted registration fee.

Audio Visual Needs
Because of the high costs of labor and equipment rental, NAEYC is unable to accomondate all audiovisual requests from our presenters. NAEYC is able to provide only certain AV requests. We will be in contact with you shortly to confirm your requests and provide rental information for additional equipment.

Location of Conference Events
Most Conference sessions, featured sessions, and exhibits will take place at the Washington Convention Center. Some sessions will take place at the Grand Hyatt Washington or the Renaissance Washington.
HandoutsPresenters will be able to upload handouts for attendees prior to the Conference. Additional information about this process is to come.Conference Programs
In September, you will recieve a copy of the Preliminary Program which will highlight some of our conference sessions. All sessions will be published in the Conference Final Program which will be mailed a few weeks prior to the Conference.Cancellations
If you must cancel your presentation, please e-mail conference@naeyc.org. Remember to provide the session ID, you name, and session title. This applies only to the sessions in which no presenters or substitutes are able to be in Washington, D.C. to present the session. Cancellations are accepted from the Primary Presenter only.Questions?
